We don't look at people faults. Instead, we carefully listen to people to hear what God is speaking to them about. We focus our attention on making them aware of what the Holy Spirit is saying. If we can do that, they will hear our heavenly Father instructing them to grow closer to Him.

We don't get jealous of other peoples gifts. We learn from the servers to serve just like we learn from the Prophets to prophecy, the Givers to give, the Teachers to teach and the Pastors to mentor new believers. We are not jealous of a new new believer's gifts, we help them to develop in their gift by helping them hear from the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me" John 10:27. This scripture was fulfilled in our lives when we decided to believe in our heart and confess with our mouth that Jesus is our Lord. It was the first time we heard from God and responded to Him.

We, the followers of Christ are the ones that need to come out of the closet. We are the light of the world and we need to learn to take bold audacious risks of faith. Without faith we can't please Him. God chose us, as imperfect as we are, to reflect who He is
